Roommates: Part 1

"So, that's pretty much it," Marcus said after showing him around the apartment, "what do you think?"
"Wow, it's great," Reggie said surprised at how much bigger, cleaner, and well furnished the apartment was compared to the other apartments he'd been visiting, "when can I move in?"
"Whenever you'd like," Marcus said, "but there's something you should know about me before you make your decision."
"What is it?" Reggie asked wondering what Marcus was hiding, "do you throw wild parties or walk around naked or something?"
"No nothing like that," Marcus said laughing, "but I wanted to tell you that I'm gay. I have a boyfriend named Kyle that I've been dating for about a year now."
"Oh, that's fine," Reggie said, "I'm not gay, but I've had gay friends growing up in San Francisco. It's not a problem for me."
"OK, but there's one other thing you should know," Marcus continued glad to see that Reggie didn't make a big deal about what he had just told him, "I also cross-dress. Sometimes I perform drag, but mostly I just enjoying dressing as a girl."
"That's fine," Reggie said, "like I said before, I'm not here to judge anyone. Actually, now that I think about it I can imagine you probably look pretty good as a girl."
"Wow, thanks," Marcus said, "it's been hard finding a roommate. Most of the people come up with some excuse when I tell them what I just told you. And when I dress as a girl, I like to go for a natural look. Not really into the over the top drag stuff."
Reggie moved in the next day and he and Marcus got along pretty well. They both enjoyed watching sports, watching action movies and comedies, playing video games, and pretty much everything else that college guys do. Reggie was 21 and a senior in college. He kept his long black hair in a ponytail and didn't have much body hair or a visible Adam's apple. He was 5'8" and 120 pounds. Marcus was about the same size as he was, except his hair was blonde. Marcus' boyfriend, Kyle, would often come over and Reggie found him to be a pretty cool guy, and they would often hang out. Kyle, who was the older brother of one of the people who used to live across the hall from Marcus, was tall and muscular and used to play college football. He was bisexual, but was particularly attracted to cross-dressers.
Marcus would often dress up as Marcia when Kyle came to pick him up for a date, and he became a completely different person when he did. As Marcia, he looked, talked, walked, and acted like a real girl. Reggie was surprised at how hot Marcia looked the first time Marcus dressed up for him. As Marcia, he would sometimes perform at a local drag club or make videos on Youtube showing his performances or transformation into Marcia. Marcus would often ask Reggie to let him dress him up and told him about his straight friend who used to dress up with him. Reggie would always decline, but would often go to the drag club to watch Marcia perform. Reggie had fun watching the performances and even got to know a few of the other performers. While most of them were gay, a few of them were straight guys who just enjoyed dressing like women. The club often held amateur drag nights, and they often told him he should give it a try just for fun, but he never would.
After they had been living together a few months, Marcus introduced Reggie to his friend Rachel. Rachel was very pretty and she and Reggie started dating soon after. Rachel enjoyed Reggie's accepting attitude toward everyone, since most of the guys she had dated had been somewhat prejudiced. They continued dating for several months, but she soon grew tired of Reggie's unwillingness to try new things and began to grow bored with going to the same restaurants or just sitting around and watching TV. She wanted someone a little more exciting who wasn't afraid to do something outside of his comfort zone. A couple weeks before Halloween, she finally decided to break up with him.
Reggie was crushed and spent the next few days moping around the apartment. Eventually Marcus grew tired of seeing Reggie like this and sat down to talk to him.
"OK, you've been like this for too long," Marcus said, "you need to get your mind off of her."
"I've tried," Reggie said, "but I miss her too much."
"What you need is to try something new," Marcus said, "the club is having an amateur's night on Halloween and I think it would get your mind off of Rachel if you entered."
"I don't know," Reggie said, "I was supposed to go out with Rachel on Halloween, but I guess I have nothing to do now. I'll think about it."
That night Reggie went on his laptop and watched some of Marcus' videos. Marcus was really good at transforming himself into a hot girl, and Reggie knew with his long hair, thin body, and soft features he could probably look pretty good as a girl too. The next day he went to Marcus and told him he would give it a try. Marcus smiled and began making the preparations for Reggie's transformation into Regina.
